Seeing Rainbows

Rainbow at Inverness Airport
I've been seeing rainbows quite a bit lately and wondering why.  Are they meant to remind me that there's always hope despite how terrible a storm or a period of your life may seem?  Or are they a reminder of the importance of being true to yourself and living an authentic life?

As I am feeling it necessary to analyse all of those possibilities...it's probably all of the above.

Rainbows as signs of thank you, hope and solidarity

My work in the realm of urban farming has focused on equality, diversity, and inclusion....appreciating each person as an individual and understanding their needs.  Working in a way that ensures everyone feels respected, valued, included and heard.  Somewhere along the way, or perhaps even before that, I seemed to have lost that understanding/appreciation for myself.  I have always found it easier to be an ally, a rather fierce ally, rather than someone who needs allies or needs to fight for herself.
